Porcelain Sculpture of Jingdezhen Kilns: The Development of Technology and Art in Song and Yuan Dynasties
Abstract
The porcelain sculpture of Jingdezhen Kilns in Song and Yuan Dynasties is the most precious first-choice collections in the field of porcelain sculpture art in contemporary society. The exquisite materials, the exquisite craftsmanship, the high artistic level, and the harmony of Buddhism, Taoism, and religion make the porcelain sculptures both elegant and popular. The gathering of artisans in the porcelain industry in the south and the north, the use of the dual formula of shadow celadon and porcelain clay, the tendency of humanity to be refined, and the concept of "Cheng-Zhu Taoism" brought the porcelain-making technology and art of this period to a new heights.
