COMMON SPORTS INJURIES AND REHABILITATION METHODS WITH COMPLEX TRAINING FOR KABADDI PLAYERS
Abstract
Background: The objective of this study was to determine Common sports injuries and rehabilitation methods with complex training for kabaddi players. In order to achieve the objective of the study, 20 kabaddi players from Calicut University, Kerala, India, were chosen as subjects at random. The age limit is 18 to 25 years ranged.
Methods: The subject was divided into 2 groups, namely Complex preparation – bunch-1, and Control bunch-bunch-2. Complex preparation was carried out for 8 weeks of experimentation, and no particular activity was given to control bunch research programs other than their daily activities.
Results: Data was obtained from two bunches pre-and post-experimental. The raw data on muscular strength and muscular endurance were statistically analyzed using paired sample T-Test. The significance level of 0.05 has been set in both cases.
Conclusion: The study findings showed that complex preparation will help the kabaddi players to improve their performance level and help them to rehabilitee themselves from injuries and properly to maintaining their fitness level in an incredible way.
